Wendy is the owner of For Pet Sake Pet Sitting. Wendy has always loved animals and is so happy to be able to provide a service that keeps them happy while their “parents” are away. Wendy shares her home with Tucker AKA Tucka-Woo, Kane, a beautiful King Shepard, and Sammy who is a rescued cat.
AMY C
Amy has been pet-sitting with For Pet Sake for 20+ years. She loves pet sitting and caring for customer’s pets like they are her own. She also works in the office and enjoys those responsibilities as well.
KRISTEN
Kristen has been working with For Pet Sake for 2 years. She is a native Charlottean who lives in the SouthPark area. Her pet family includes a rescued border collie mix named Happy. She truly enjoys spending time with all the cats and dogs she encounters in her pet sitting.
NADIA
Nadia is originally from Northern California and moved to Charlotte in 2018. Growing up, she helped on local farms, fostered animals, and assisted in her school’s exotic animal room, which reinforced her love for animal care. Her dream is to work in sanctuaries with all kinds of animals. When she’s not spending time with her three dogs and five fish tanks, she enjoys being outdoors and traveling. Nadia loves spending her days with your pets and treating them like family!
MARK
Mark was born and raised in Charlotte, NC, and moved back to the Queen City after college. He resides in South Charlotte. He grew up around cats and dogs and has always had a love for all different types of animals. He enjoys being outside and spending as much time with his dog Forest as he can. He enjoys meeting new people, and people's pets, too!
YEVA
Yeva was born and grew up in the Ukraine and moved to Charlotte after graduating from university. She is a dance and fitness instructor and her other passion in life is animal care. She treats all animals like little babies and is very detail-oriented. She makes sure that all pets never feel lonely when their families are traveling or working long hours. She loves building bonds with animals that are more shy and loves playing with ones that are extra active! She feels that going the extra mile will make this world a better place and she lives by this motto!
KAREN
Karen is a proud native of North Carolina, a busy district merchandiser, and a dedicated ice hockey mom. She is an avid volunteer with the Humane Society of York County and always enjoys all the different dog/cat personalities she’s had the privilege to meet. Karen’s heart is full with 2 foster failure fur babies of her own, Boomer and Snickers, who have made her family complete. She knows how important it is to have peace of mind while you’re away and will provide the same love and care to your pets that she gives her own.
Marla
Marla is an art teacher and pet sitter. She has been pet-sitting for about 15 years and loves all of her “regulars”. Here she is pictured with her adopted boy, Winston.
SHANNON
Animals have always been a huge part of Shannon’s life. She loves all dogs from petite puppers to gentle giants. Shannon is a dependable, responsible person who will treat your cats or dogs as her own, and provide a one on one experience. She looks forward to meeting your furry best friend. KRISTEN P
Kristen has been pet-sitting for over 8 years in the South Charlotte area and cannot imagine ever stopping. As an overnight sitter and an empty nester, she loves filling her home with all the love these wonderful pets bring. “I love giving them all the care, love & snuggles they deserve in a comfortable and safe environment.”
BROOKE
Brooke has been with For Pet Sake since 2019. She loves animals and has volunteered with many local rescue organizations and the Union County Humane Society. She has two fur babies of her own and treats her client's pets as her own.
AMBER
Amber’s love for all creatures, great & small, started at a very young age & has continued throughout her life. From working at For Pet Sake to fostering for a local rescue her passion for animals has never waned! She works in the office and is involved in the day-to-day activities.
Jane
This is Jane and her chocolate lab, Chipper. She has always been a dog person but has recently become a cat grandma to her daughter’s cats, Cheddar and Mochi. It is her opinion that pets are needed in a home to provide unconditional love and companionship. Jane will love your pets as much as her own!
SHI
Shi resides in the Charlotte area. She has been a dog lover her whole life and believes they’re angels on earth. When her soul dog received his angel wings in 2020, Shi’s heart has never been the same. This job allows her to continue sharing her love with other fur babies intermittently. It brings Shi so much joy and is easily the best part of her day. She looks forward to connecting with you and caring for your fur babies when needed.
